Bread Spells

The path behind me never felt quite right. I was waiting for destiny or luck to intervene. Then- Bread Witch Bakery, started as a gift for a friend who felt their kitchen was missing a dependable homemade loaf. They were dissatisfied with store-bought bread and discouraged by making their own. I wrote and tested a seed loaf recipe of their very own, gifting pre-measure ingredients in jars. I showed them that  baking could be an accessible process of ease and fulfillment.

As I am on this quest, to provide witch craft to those in need of nourishment to the body and soul. I hope to inspire curiosity and patience. 

Bread Witch Bakery offers a bread spell in a box: pre-portioned ingredients in low-waste packaging, directions on how to care for your loaf and yourself while you bake. Each loaf represents a sentiment, such as abundance, intuition, or comfort. Our kits are an invitation to share our love for communion, bread, and ourselves.

The path ahead leads us to an abundant reunion, a coming together. We are a community bound by witchcraft, ritual, mentorship, communion, and tradition. We bake as a mindfulness practice. 

As Bread Witch Bakery grows so will our community, sustainability, gratuity, and social impact. We will continuously learn how to serve our community ethically and sufficiently. Once we start making profits we plan to donate a percentage of the net profits to the First Nations Development Institute. More updates to come on donations.
